Position Overview:

You will be spending 100% of your time ensuring that each job that is handed over by our sales team is fulfilled and completed at the highest standards. We have found that having experience with scheduling employees, coordinating small construction projects, and dealing one-on-one with customers, all pave a solid road to success in this position.

In addition, an Account Manager should have:

• Two to four years of working experience in a position where you scheduled employees and were solely responsible for completing construction or service-related projects in a “Blue-Collar” industry.
• Computer experience, a high level of comfort with technology, and the ability to learn new software tools quickly
• Expert level proficiency at Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; and QuickBooks

Role Specifics:

In general, as an Account Manager, you will:

Team up with our Operations Manager to fulfill each project by being resourceful and thorough
Contact property managers via phone and email to inform them of their scheduled service dates and times
Provide our clients with updated information about the status of the project at any given moment
Create pre and post property reports that our clients use for Fire Marshal inspections and as a receipt of work completed per apartment unit
Provide the sales team with specific field taken information so that the sales team can accurately propose needed repairs
Assist in reviewing our Commercial contracts and keeping us in compliance with them
Complete detailed documents on per project basis
Responsible for obtaining renewals, client reviews and referrals

About your Manager:

You will be working with the General Manager of the company, an experienced and knowledgeable individual responsible for your training and development. He is a “win-win” person who will work with you not as a manager but more like a coach. He is not a micromanager – he expects that you work successfully on your own but is always available for support.

Schedule:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements:

5 years’ experience in project management
Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service
Basic residential and/or commercial construction knowledge
Associates or bachelor’s degree
Must pass a drug and background check
